If you require an after hours Plumber or Gasfitter there will be an additional $180 for After Hours or $360 Public Holiday.
All our charges are excluding GST, effective 1st March. Please note: administration/vehicle and sundries charge includes RUC, petrol, Rego, WOF, vehicle insurance, mechanical charges, scheduling software, it also covers tap grease, tape, or screws required on jobs.
We have a minimum charge out of 1 hour (plus the administration/vehicle and sundries charge) and after the first hour labour is charged in 15 minute blocks. Our Administration/Vehicle and Sundries charge does not include labour time for travel, this is additional.
We only provide quotations for jobs that would take longer than 1/2 day and can not provide quotations on maintenance work as we dont know what we can’t see. Example of quotations are cylinder replacements/Bathroom/kitchen renovations etc.
After hours and public holidays are generally to isolate the problem, (This means we can limit damage and possibly turn water/gas back on). This is also due to Plumbing and Gasfitting merchants being unavailable 24/7.
