We offer a discount for all Gold Card Member, for the discount rates please check on the Gold Card website - Plumbing Discount and Gasfitting Discount.
All invoices are due within 7 days from the date of issue, unless a Credit Account Application has been completed and approved by Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Limited.
If payment or contact with our Office Manager, Haley Matthews (haley@matthewsplumbing.co.nz or 09 416 4084), has not been made by the due date, a late payment fee may apply. We reserve the right to refer any outstanding debt to our chosen collection agency. All costs associated with the collection process will be added to the original invoice and become payable.
Any issues or disputes relating to an invoice must be submitted in writing before the due date in order to be considered.

Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Limited can allow larger contracts and Property Managers payment terms of 20th of the following month, however they must complete our Credit Account Application form.
