We offer a discount for all Gold Card Member, for the discount rates please check on the Gold Card website - Plumbing Discount and Gasfitting Discount.
Please note all invoices are due 7 days from the invoice date. (Unless you have completed Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Limited Credit Account Application form). Failure to make payment or contact with our Office Manager, Haley Matthews (haley@matthewsplumbing.co.nz or 09 416 4084) by the due date, may result in late payment penalty fee. Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Limited reserves the right to transfer the debt to our chosen agency for collection. All cost incurred will be passed on and will become additional to the orginal invoice.
For any issues or disputes to be valid, this must be submitted in writing before the Invoice becomes due for payment.
Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Limited can allow larger contracts and Property Managers payment terms of 20th of the following month, however they must complete our Credit Account Application form.
